We have an obligation and responsibility to people. They are the product of heaven, not earth. The body is earthy, but not the real person. Most so-called managers manage things; however, leaders LEAD people. Leaders help others achieve personal goals and their full potential in addition to moral standards. Leaders bring out the best in other people, especially their subordinates. LEADERS HELP OTHERS SUCCEED. Leaders assist others in reaching their destiny. So-called managers often manipulate, coerce, intimidate, provocate, accusate, dominate, and castigate others...and normally for selfish gain. But LEADERS care. LEADERS have compassion. LEADERS never embarrass others. They go out of their way to ENCOURAGE people. What am I saying? Leaders are rare, so the world is looking for true leaders. I have confidence that America, Africa, Europe, and Asia will emerge with some genuine leaders before the end of this decade. Actually, you can count on it. The news is out. The die is cast. The fix-it team is underway. We must be patient. It will happen. Keep marching. Let FREEDOM reign with PRIDE...PERFORMANCE...PROFESSIONALISM!

What's the World Coming To? Did you know that $$ billions of dollars are being spent on a tobacco weed that kills over 500,000 people every year (1,370 per day) around the globe. This burning weed also destroys $$ billions of dollars in property damage annually. Even though it has been proven that smoking causes cancer, people are still committing suicide on a daily basis by continuing to smoke. Has the whole world gone crazy? NO...a thousand times no! The end is in sight. Progress is being made. Morals and family values are returning to the people. We are moving forward. We can make it:

Remember the little engine that COULD?
Take lightly all the hurtful things in life…
Look instead for all the good that you can find…
Life is too short to be sad, uneventful, and boring…
The rainbow always comes after the rain. The sun follows…
Therefore, when you feel like you are defeated, think of that persistent and tough little train engine…
Any Person can be successful. It's all in our attitude...
WORDS: Words are POWERFUL. They either bring a positive response or a negative response. Expect the very BEST of others and eventually you will get their best. No, it's not easy, especially when most people have low expectations of themselves. Life gives us whatever we will accept. If we accept failure, we will have plenty of it. But if we expect SUCCESS, it will come. If we accept mediocrity, we will never be more than average. WHO wants to be average? Life is too short to be unhappy, poor, defeated, and uneventful.
People will rise to the standards that we set for them. We need to broaden our horizons and raise our standards, goals, and aspirations.
After all, we are the BEST PRODUCT that heaven has ever produced…
Laughter: When things or PEOPLE bug us or when things seem to be going awful and terrible, it helps us to remember that...in 6 months, we'll be telling this "tragedy" as an anecdote and even LAUGHING about it. Our friends will be laughing hysterically about it...because after all, it wasn't them. Just remember in the midst of the chaos, you can say to yourself..."Self, relax. This is funny, you'll see. In a hundred years, who will care?
