How you view yourself is “where it’s happening”. That’s real. How others see you may not be true or factual…and normally is not accurate. The good treasure is down inside you. It wants to surface. It wants to be free to blossom and bring forth a rich aroma of fragrance and savory bouquet. It has been there since conception. Some people take it to the grave with them without ever releasing it. This...my friend...is tragic. You were born to win and keep on winning by using the treasure that was given to you as talent, ability, warmth, and personality.

Let me tell you a story. This is no crock!
The time was 1920. The young lad sold papers and played the piano to support his family. Finally, he went to work for the Lily Tulip Cup Co. He became the top salesman...selling paper cups. He had it made, but knew in his heart that there was treasure within himself. He quit. He attempted to make “milk shake machines”. He was not doing too well in the business; however, he persevered.

One day, he met two brothers that shared his dream. Eventually, they were turning out 40 milk shakes at a time. This was the epitome. He attempted to persuade the brothers to branch out and franchise. They said, “Absolutely not. We are satisfied where we are with this one restaurant.” They thought his idea was just a bunch of crock!

Eventually, he discussed this crock idea again and again with the two brothers. Finally, the two brothers asked, “If we did go out and franchise, who would we get to implement this hair-brain scheme?” The young lad (now 52 years young) said, “Me. I’m your man.” Thus began a long time friendship made on earth with three business men who bought into the idea of a dream that was locked up on the inside of this dreamer named...Ray Kroc. He and the two McDonalds brothers built a “store front hamburger joint” business into a multi-billion dollar business in just 22 Years. Comparison: It took Xerox 63 years to do the same thing. The paper cup salesman saw the treasure that was inside and cashed it in. You and I can do the same thing. Believe it!
