Thomas II Goes to Africa and Europe

My son Thomas Franks, II will be going to several countries doing missionary work for the next several months. He and his church have planned this special event for a long time. He will be departing on April 1, 2007 for the World Missions Ministries (WMM) Department of his denomination.

This trip is very special to Thomas. He will be visiting and video-taping the lives and ministries of missionaries around the globe. The productions will be shown in the US and other countries by several different media venues.

This trip is a spearheading and pioneer adventure. The WMM has never had a video department of its own before until now. Thomas is excited about this new and important endeavor. He certainly has the pioneer spirit. He believes that “Great Things” are on the horizon for him and others through this ministry.

He will cover all four regions of WMM. He will travel to Africa and Europe within a few days. Later he will travel to Asia and Latin America. He will be in Africa 1 April thru 21 May 07…then on to Europe May 22 - July 1. He will return to the US for a special missions school in July 07.

Afterwards, it’s on to Asia and Latin America for another 3 months.
Thomas says, "This is the Lord's doing! It is marvelous in our eyes” (Psalm 118:23).
PS: In Africa, Thomas will be visiting Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Togo, and Benin.
